Zumba is a high-energy dance exercise class which includes music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. The music comes from the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip-hop, and tango. Tone muscles, increase endurance, and burn calories as you work out with our energetic, licensed Zumba instructor.
