Kickboxing for Fitness

Tuesday evenings at 7pm

Our Kickboxing program is the perfect blend of a gym-style workout and basic Western Boxing with Kickboxing applications. Classes include but are not limited to:

  • Western Boxing
  • Kicking Applications
  • Knee & Elbow Applications
  • Cardio and Endurance Exercises
  • Core and Muscle Toning Exercises

Kickboxing is a great way to get and stay in shape, tone muscles, and reduce stress.

* Lightweight boxing gloves needed for this class which are available for purchase at school.  

Drop-In Rate: $10 per session
