If you're looking for an exercise routine that is guaranteed to give you a full body workout, Butts Guts, & Abs is the program for you!  Butts, Guts, & Abs is a full body workout consisting of cardio, strength training, plyrometrics, core/abdominal exercises, and....oh yeah....FUN!  Exercise to uptempo music specially mixed to keep you moving
